Operation New Hope personnel and volunteers gather at nearly-completed ONH home sites to perform a day of service several times each year.   This includes post-construction cleaning of the completed new houses, laying sod and planting trees and shrubs.   The work saves money for the city and new homeowners, and it adds beauty to the finished appearance of the property.   After hours of labor, workers were rewarded with a catered lunch and door prize drawings.   The work is hard, but the end result is a feeling of team accomplishment and pride in a job well done.
