Known only as the Klutho apartment building, it might more aptly be called The Phoenix because it was rebuilt out of the ashes of a ravaging fire.
Of course, that is consistent with the history of architect Henry J. Klutho, who designed many of the buildings erected as Jacksonville was rebuilt after the Great Fire of 1901.
